  Genesis Contracting did an amazing job remodeling my master bath (bath tub replacement, shower tiles and flooring), installing ceiling dry wall, recess lights and chandeliers in my house. KT and his team are very professional. He walked me through every step of the process on how the job will be completed. He provided me with multiple options whenever I thought of another project for them to do because originally I was only going to have the bathroom done. They were super accommodating with my additional requests and got all the jobs completed closer to the original planned completion date. We did a walk through every time a job was completed to ensure that it met my expectations and satisfaction. I would highly recommend KT and his team from Genesis Contracting!

  Genesis was great to work with. They came out the day I called them to take a look at the property and put together a few estimates for some steps off my back porch. They put me on the schedule immediately and came out 2 weeks later and knocked it out in a day. Crew was hard-working, professional and they did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

  Genesis did a complete renovation of our kitchen and were phenomenal. Their craftsmanship is second to none and they were cordial and transparent through the whole process. The project was extensive and included removing a wall, running new plumbing, new electrical, ceiling repair, shaving down textured walls, installing cabinetry, tile, and counters. They turned a tiny, crusty, 1950’s-style kitchen into a timeless, modern, open kitchen that will serve as a family gathering place for decades to come. KT was our project manager and he’s such a class act, so professional, and genuinely cared about giving us a great kitchen. I really can’t say enough about KT and his crew. They were so nice and we’d show up each day to look at the progress and just be beaming at how well it turned out. We requested some additional work be done that came up after the project had already started and they were super flexible at accommodating the additional work and still were able to complete the project on time, which was really important to us because we had a fixed move out date from our old home and need to move into this new home. KT really cared about meeting our needs and I feel like you don’t really get that these days. The price we paid seemed fair and I feel like we got a great value for what we paid. I mentioned their craftsmanship is really excellent, and they have a good reputation, so sometimes companies like that will charge a premium, but I don’t feel like we overpaid. If anything, some aspects of the job came out to be less costly than expected. The price is fair and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your kitchen is built well is priceless. The only critique I would present is kind of also a compliment: Genesis is really good at what they do so they seem to be in pretty high demand. They were managing numerous projects at once including ours so sometimes I felt a little out of the loop. This was never a huge issue though and communication would always come through in the end. I’d share photos with this review, but we’re still actively moving in and our super beautiful new kitchen is extremely cluttered at the moment. I’d highly recommend Genesis to anyone considering doing work on their home. If we ever do a big project on our home again we wouldn’t hesitate to go with Genesis (especially if they give us KT).
